Skills Studio offers virtual training by organizing small learning capsules with bite size coverage of the training objectives from the library of our skills corollary.
Offline Training
In-person training maximizes participant concentration and presence. Skills Studio focuses on relationship-building and creating accountability partners, enhancing engagement and effectiveness. All our sessions for an offline training are experiential & work towards upskilling through Role Plays, Activities, Case Studies, Caselets, Question Based Discussions (QBD) & more that help introduce & reinforce the concept to the participants.
Online Coaching
Online Coaching has gained significant popularity in recent years especially during the pandemic as a convenient and effective way to learn and develop new skills. With advancements in technology and the widespread availability of internet connection, the Online Coaching, facilitated by our coaches offers variety of benefits to focus on the exact skill / learning need to positively impact their learning journey.
Offline Coaching
Similar to Offline Training, is the Offline Coaching format where the learning engagements are on site, but with fewer participants. We usually address 1 or maximum 5 clients in our Offline Coaching sessions which are super customized to meet individual needs. This can be done with coaches having similar needs & aspirations in their job role. Most in demand by the senior management & special task force within an office.
Content Development
A well-defined content as part of the Learning Management System (LMS) can work in 2 ways. First, by substantiating an Onsite or Virtual Training attended by the participants where it serves as a retention tool & reference material. Secondly, to whet the appetite to understand the module or a new skill through our well curated modules available for a stipulated duration of time or even lifetime access to the corporate.
Post Training & Coaching Support
We at the Skills Studio take complete responsibility of all our learning touch points with our clients & participant from the varied formats we offer. The Post Training or Coaching support involves the team at the Skills Studio to help achieve greater value with more retention to all the participants upon completion of the training. This involves remedial sessions to any participant who may find it challenging to apply the skill learnt or any gaps post the training.
